To ensure you can shop for your size with greater peace of mind, we offer size exchanges for bottoms (pants and skirts) that come in multiple sizes, subject to the conditions below.
■ Size Exchange Conditions
Eligible items: Bottoms available in multiple sizes
・Exchanges are limited to the same item in the same color.
・Limited to one exchange per item.
・Only available if the requested size is in stock.
・Please contact us within 3 days of receiving the item to request an exchange.
・After requesting an exchange, please ship the item back within 7 days of the delivery date.
・Round-trip shipping costs for exchanges due to customer preference are to be borne by the customer.
■ Cases Where Size Exchanges Are Not Accepted
Please note that exchanges will not be accepted in the following cases:
・If you contact us more than 3 days after receiving the item
・Pre-order items or made-to-order items
・Items that have been used once or show signs of wear
・Items with wrinkles, distortion, scratches, loose threads, stains, or odors
・Items with odors such as perfume, cosmetics, or tobacco
・Items that have been washed, dry-cleaned, or altered
・Items with lost or damaged tags or accessories
・Items damaged or soiled while in your possession
・If the requested size is out of stock
・If you wish to exchange for a different item or color
※Please note that we may be unable to process an exchange if, after inspecting the returned item, we determine that it shows signs of wear or use.
