Regarding size exchange

Size Exchange

To ensure you can shop for your size with greater peace of mind, we accept size exchanges for bottom garments (pants and skirts) that come in multiple sizes, provided the following conditions are met.

■ Size Exchange Conditions

Eligible items: Bottom garments that come in multiple sizes

・Exchanges are limited to the same item and same color.
・Limited to one exchange per item.
・Accepted only if the requested size is in stock.
・Please contact us within 3 days of receiving the item to request an exchange.
・Please return the item within 7 days of receiving it after submitting your exchange request.
・For exchanges due to customer preference, round-trip shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

■ Cases where size exchanges cannot be accepted

Please note that exchanges will not be accepted in the following cases:

・If you contact us more than 3 days after receiving the item
・Pre-order items or made-to-order items
・Items that have been used even once, or show signs of having been worn
・Items with wrinkles, creases, scratches, loose threads, stains, or odors
・Items with traces of perfume, cosmetics, tobacco, etc.
・Items that have been washed, dry-cleaned, or altered
・Items with lost or damaged tags or accessories
・Items that have been damaged or soiled by the customer
・If the requested exchange size is out of stock
・If you wish to exchange for a different item or color

※After inspecting the returned item, we may decline the exchange if we determine that it shows signs of wear or use.
